Kelle

Hi guys, hope you are all well.

May was a busy month. Here are some highlights:
---
Monday 7th
In Manchester after a Glitter Ball show with Zoe Harman.
One on One with Kick boxing coach Shenol - worked hard, travel back to London.

Tuesday 8th

Filming 'Destination lunch' with Christine and Neil Hamilton.
It was an interview and an attempt at cooking. Christine and Neil were lovely - a bit like a surrogate Mum and Dad. The filming went well and they are really nice people to work with. Definitely going to stay in touch.

Then on to Hackney empire to rehearsals for 'The Brothers'.
I found it tough today cos all the cast know eachother and I felt like I had such a lot to learn in a short space of time. Bit scary.

Wednesday 9th
I always wake around 6am for prayer and then on to the gym. I work either by myself or with my personal trainer, Stephen Bradley (Mr Simon Cowell).

Then on to another days rehearsal for 'The Brothers'. This time it was one on one work with Chucky Venice (Footballers Wives') and I. Working with director Angie Lemar has been good for me. She is insightful and real. This sessiion helped me to settle in and start to feel comfortable with the character and intimate scenes with Chucky Venice.

Good day and lots of hard work

Sunday 13th
Church at CLC.
Off to Manchester for a Glitterball show then back to London for a costume fitting for 'The Brothers'.

Thursday 17th

Opening night!
Totally nervous, lots of celeb mates showed their support by coming to the press night. Asheyene (Big brother with a broken wrist) Keisha (Sugababes) Leo (Love Island, 'The Streets'), Aml Ameen (The Bill), Celena Cherry (The Honeyz), Ben Ofedu (Phats & Small) and many more. It went down really well the audience seemed to really enjoy it.

Sunday 20th
London Tonight interview. It was my first television interview based solely upon my acting ability. It was a great momemnt for me. Seeing the scene that Chucky and I do for the first time was also strange but good. Then jumped back in the car to do a show.

Friday 26th

'The Brothers' closing night. How cool - the run was great. I learnt a lot about myself, my skill and my craft. Angie was truly wonderful and an inspiration. The last show was the best one for me. I felt at home with the character Brenda and a real connection with the cast and audience.

Much love to
Janet
Katherine
Nicky
Jason
Anul
Ty and Tru (Brenda's Children, in real life Director Angie Lemar's children)
Janelle (all the production staff)
Frank
Chucky Venice and Richard Blackwood .

I have known Richard for over 10 years and it was great to finally get to work with him, he kept me laughing. Shout out to Chucky Venice thanks for helping me out with the scenes !!
'The brothers family I love you xxx

Thursday 19th April 2007
Went to a showcase at the Soho theatre it showed a good standard of acting and performance ability. I was looking for some new talent to sign to red hot entertainment. It was a beautiful day the showcase was good and I found some interesting talent. fingers crossed we get to sign them. I'll keep you posted.

In the evening it was my friend Gail Porters birthday, she is a great girl. I admire her strength and determination. Her party was at the Cherry jam, it was so nice that it was not all "celebbed out" I'm not a big fan of celeb bashes. Gail's was chilled, nice vibes and nice people including Toby Anstis and Charlie Brooks. Nice to catch up with Toby since we did all stars together.
Great night Happy Birthday Gail !!!

(Check out the gallery for an exclusive pic of Gail me and my best friend Denise.)

Friday 20th April 2007
Oops late night and early starts don't match. I had a photo shoot for "Woman's Own" for the Cancer Research run I'm doing in June. It was a bunch of girlies including Poojah Shar. Poojah and I also met on All stars. We have kept in touch ever since. We had individual and group shots in a studio and also in a local park. It was fun we felt like bay watch babes trying to run in slow mo while the photographer tried to capture running shots. Theo Walcott's girlfriend was lovely, shared a car home and had a girlie chat. Theo's injured right now so Theo we all wish you a speedy recovery. (I'll say a little prayer) I ended of the evening in a vocal rehearsal in a studio in East London it went well, I sing with a worship team who are great !!! And we minister at CLC church.

Sat 21 st April 2007
Worked with my personal trainer Steve. Did my first 5k run in preparation for the Cancer Research run. Gosh mental fitness is just as important and physical fitness. I made it, took me ages but at least I got through it. Hopefully I will improve before the race in June. I spent the rest of the day with my family having a great pub lunch and going to the theatre.

Sunday 22nd April 2007
Off to Wales for a Christian gig, Shane Lynch introduced my to cool company called the light house agency. We both do gigs for them it's a great way of getting out there meeting people and telling our stories. I've been on the tour since Feb.

Ps congrats to my PA Ej for completing the marathon.

Off to Manchester this week for television training at ITV and for more fun with Glitter ball .........Catch up soon. Thanks for logging on.
God bless kelle x

"March has been a great month with Glitter press being interesting. As I'm sure you know ITV is being independently investigated by Delloite.

This is a good thing by me as I like to be associated with credible work and this investigation has cleared Glitter Ball. Hooray!!

Anyway March has been fun my birthday was great this year got cool presents and quality time with my family.

Congrats to Samantha A. Smith (a Red Hot client) who is off to Paris to play Rafiki in the Lion King!!

Big thanks to all of you for your continued support I am looking forward to hearing what you think of the sound bites from 'Breakfast In Bed'
do let me know. Big love to Andy I'm loving your work .

God bless Kelle

ps I spoke to Easther and she's doing good .xx "

Hello guys, things are going great in Buxton!

Shout out to Catherine who made it down to the show - thank you for coming and waving your banner.

I am really enjoying the whole experience and everyday I'm learning something new. I share a dressing room with Cath who plays 'Fairy Fab' and she is great. We are becoming really good friends she totally has my back. Matt who plays 'Simon' is funny and keeps me laughing. Sterling who plays the Dame is as his name a STERLING BLOKE. John, Lou and all chorus and crew are fun to hang with and we're like one big family. So I'm sure the girlies want to know about Liam 'Jack' - yes he's cool total gent.

I'll catch up with you guys again soon, thanks,

God Bless, Kelle
